My kids are not all that picky & are happy with the meat-based meals they have.
I ordered a tofu and vegetable main. It was 95% tofu with a single broccoli head, a slither of carrot & v little else. The tofu had absorbed a lot of oil. This was a poorly executed dish.
I had forgotten that I made the same mistake a while ago, so I can suggest that this is probably how this dish is meant to be.
This is a shame - why bother doing anything if it is not the best you can possibly do?
Particularly if it is food.
Maybe if no-one else ever orders this, it will be consigned to the recipe graveyard. Or cremated.
I hope so.
Maybe when I next go, there will be a happy gap between menu number 157 & 159?
