Craig was very friendly and helpful. He brought samples so that we could actually see what they looked like to help us choose the windows that we wanted. The window installers were very professional. They installed our windows in a timely manner, and did an excellent job cleaning up after installing each window. I called Window doctor Oxford. They cut my call and immediately returned my call gave me an estimate over the phone (after me sending pictures and measurements).Ben (their repair window man) came to my home within 30 minuets of me approving the estimate to take measurements, and immediately called to order the replacement glass when he was done measuring. Ben informed me that he'll have my window ready for me the next day. They are great job. Highly competitive for good Work.

Excellent service. Ben helped me identify the right replacement controller for my 16 year old window by sending him a picture of the part that I needed to replace with window dimensions. The part arrived quickly...took me a few weeks to get to installing it. Did it yesterday...was very easy to do and it is working perfectly. Thank you forr your quick and pleasant service. Window Doctor Oxford came out to my third-floor apartment in Oxford to replace our outdated double-hung windows. The work by their team was excellent and reasonably priced. In addition to being on time, the job was of exceptional quality. It was a great service.
