Melody Knight2 StarWent here to cash in a winning lottery ticket and to buy a drink after a hydrotherapy appt. Had to ask a staff member to come to a non self service till. Very miserable member of staff came over and served me. Three members of the team were re stacking drinks but all were extremely unhappy about having to go and serve people. The shop has a good selection of stock but faced with miserable staff I won't be going here again and will guide friends elsewhere.. ... 😠Thursday 11th April 2019

leanne Stevens3 StarCan barely swing a cat in this shop. It's so small just because the M&S rocked up. Prices in hospitals are ridiculous also. Maybe you should realise that being in hospital for days, weeks or months is bad enough without having to pay 99p for a bar of chocolate.Tuesday 27th June 2017
