It was 2006 when, after a great deal of research on web designers, we came across Webthinking. They immediately made a positive impression and convinced us they were the right people for us to launch our business with. Our 2 websites went live within a matter of months and continue to grow. When we needed a recent upgrade to responsive design Webthinking once again came up with the right package to deliver excellent functionality for our budget. I would highly recommend Webthinking and hope to continue using their services for many years to come.

We have been with Webthinking for 9 years and we have been extremely happy with the service. The flexibility and creativity as worked very well in setting us apart from our comparatives. A Google friendly website and 24 hour support has been ideal for being a website based retailer. Having a knowledgeable and approachable team makes us unwilling to move away from their service. When looking to have a new site designed my initial focus was on finding a system that could support multi channel selling and cope with my ever growing inventory. When I came across Webthinking the thing that impressed me was the one on one support available. Often when dealing with a third party you'll be lucky to speak to the same person twice in order to get anything changed/resolved etc but that's not the experience you'll get with Webthinking. The team are fantastic, always willing to take the time to look at the possibility of ambitious tailor made changes to rectifying the most minute anomaly. I would highly recommend Webthinking. It's not only helped my business run more smoothly but knowing I have such a terrific level of support provides added peace of mind.

Mike form Web thinking was so helpful a few days ago, nothing was too much trouble when he helped us get up and running with an issue we where having with our website, I can recommend him for his patience professionalism and customer service especially ! A good customer experience isn't something you see much of in this day and age... which we where very impressed with. We'll be dealing with Mike again if the need arises and can whole heartedly refer others to his companies services.
