This therapy deals with the management, repair and rehabilitation of muscles, tendons and ligaments. It helps to prevent injury or speed up recovery.
Sports/Deep tissue massage breaks down scar tissue, corrects muscle imbalance, releases chronic muscular tension, improves range of movement, quality of posture and flexibility. It was no surprise that Vivi has fine tuned her skills to enable her to have a truly holistic approach.

David Dunlop5 StarI got introduced to Vivi through a gift voucher. Not being used to getting massage treatments - I wasn't sure what to expect. What I can tell you is - I am now hooked! I've booked in for another six sessions. The treatment is really relaxing - lets me shut off for a short time whilst getting some aches and pains treated from playing football. Glynis Lomax5 StarI’ve been going to Vivi for some months in an attempt to do away with aches and pains in my joints, mainly sports related and some wear and tear - age related! During my time with Vivi my joints have much improved and I am now working on continual improvement. This has had a knock on effect for my general well being which has also improved. Vivi takes a holistic approach with her treatments and although she “ spares no mercy” when treating me I always leave feeling 100% better than when I went in! Christine Vickers5 StarVivi was recommended to me about 10 years ago by a physiotherapist at Arrowe Park Hospital, following surgery on my shoulder. I have a number of muscular and skeletal issues and over the years, I have benefited tremendously from her expertise and care.
Vivi's focus is the physical and emotional health and well-being of her clients. She is highly qualified but continues to attend training courses to extend her skills to benefit them. She offers treatments designed specifically for each individual's needs and has made such a difference to my life.
Vivi is a warm, friendly person, whose positive outlook on life is infectious. I cannot recommend her highly enough. She clearly has a high level of clinical experience, and uses different techniques, as appropriate.
