Probably the worst curry I've had in 32 years. The curry itself tasted like dog food covered in oil.. paid 3 quid for chicken samosa, got 2 tiny lamb ones.. the sort of ones you often get chucked in for free except these guys didn't realise I actually ordered some. Nam bread didn't arrive at all. It took 2 hours and it was still 20 minutes late and im just a short walk down the road.. honestly it was so rough, never again. The best bit was the can of coke. I wish I read these reviews before ordering, so many people have the same problem of waiting hours to get the worst experience they could imagine. I'm sure the positive reviews are family and friends

Awful service! Order at your own risk. Not only did we have to chase the delivery twice, first at 15 minutes past the confirmed time (to be told it was 5 minutes away) then again after a further 20 minutes! (Yes, we actually left it THAT long!) When the food arrived one curry was missing and the food that was delivered was cold. On calling to complain no apology was offered and I was given the choice of a further wait for the missing curry or a refund of that curry only. No option of redelivering or refunding the cold food. In addition, if I want the refund for the missing curry I have to call them back tomorrow to speak to the manager as they are not available. Absolutely the wrong approach and terrible attitude to a customer (first and last time!)

I ordered a takeaway for 2 people on Saturday 17th December at 1820 through just eat. We were quoted 45 minutes to 60minutes delivery time which wasn't an issue. At 1945 I called the takeaway to say the food had not arrived and where was it. I was told it was very busy and would be with us in no later than 20 minutes. I understand it's the weekend before Christmas no one wants to cook so they will be busy but the food did not arrive 30 minutes after the phone call. At 2015 I called the takeaway a number of times with no answer, so I contacted just eat who cancelled the order and gave me a refund. At 2110 3 hours(!) after i ordered the takeaway I had a call from the delivery driver to say he was near. I turned him away.......terrible service. The takeaway could have called to say they could not make the delivery or stop taking new orders to get the previous orders fulfilled. First and last time I will order from here. Much better takeaways in the area
