The lady who served me was very helpful and her knowledge was excellent. I first went up the road and just left that shop then on the hunt for a new vape I passed this shop and it was amazing how I was treated. I recommend it

Absolutely love vape industries! The products are amazing, always so much stock and they do the best coffees in Norwich without a doubt! Pop in for a coffee and talk to the amazing staff Jamie and Bessie and get a few juices always stuff on offer and up to date mods and accessories! Love the shop and the staff best vape shop around!

Vape Industries were recommended to me by several friends as the place to go when starting out with vaping. I went in not really knowing what to expect but was met with kindness and a massive wealth of knowledge. I've since been back and both times staff have been able to give me personalised advise on what I should use, how I should use it and tips for the future. I felt treated as a friend rather than a customer. Top notch service and I cannot recommend them enough.
