My car was broken into overnight and I realised in the morning. I called this company immediately and they were able to offer a same day window replacement service. Fast and efficient with no hassle.

The worst company i have ever come across. I have never come across anything like this before. It makes me wonder if grown men are running this company, or a couple of kids. I booked this service after my car was broken into. I waited two days for someone to turn up, no one did. Didn't even get a call to say if they're running late. After pestering them, eventually their driver called saying he's stuck on the motorway and won't make it but will come early in the morning. No one came. If the company are reading this, it is common courtesy to let know someone if you are running late or won't be able to do the job. That's the basis of any company; common courtesy to their customers. They have no courtesy, no professionalism at all. I've wasted so much of my time waiting for them to turn up. Didn't even get an apology. Still have a broken window. Never will use them again and will never recommend them to anyone else. If you can't value your customers then you really need to think about whether or not you're running a business at all. I rather go to a service where I know i will be valued.
