Faye Hallam1 StarAVOID AVOID AVOID! Have completely ripped off my family member , she's left with a shoddy LVT floor she's spent nearly £2k on. They use sub-contracters who are not experienced in this type of flooring. Manager Andrew hides away from complaining customers in the back room. After sales team doesn't want to help.. apparently with it being a franchise store its only up to the owner to put this right! Owner will not communicate and also hides away from the problems.. She will not have the decency to call regarding the issues my family member is facing but will run around in the background doing everything she can to not let her get a full refund.
Loss count of how many fitters have been around trying to put the shoddy flooring right, so many days she's taken off work for no show fitters not turning up also.. This company is an Absolute joke! . Save your money and to carpet right across the road!Sunday 16th April 2023

Me & my partner couldn’t do in the week so we asked for a Saturday and Andrew came and did an amazing job!! Would highly recommend them and will definitely be using you again. Thank you so much! I visited the Arnold shop and got an incredibly professional service from Andrew, with excellent honest advice as to which carpets would suit our needs. He visited the property, measured up, took care of all the paperwork, and provided an outstanding team of fitters who were friendly, professional, and amazingly quick, fitting seven rooms, two flights of stairs and two landings in a day! Michael Shillingford (MusterBuster)1 StarBe warned that these guys use independent fitters and will take no responsibility for their work. Our carpet has been fitted loose, uneven and crunches under foot. The fitter didn't take their trade waste away, as they're required to, leaving gripper rods strewn across my kitchen for my toddler to step on.
