Swimming pool
Unique Fitness is home to the only swimming pool in Bradford city centre.
Use of our 25m pool is included in all memberships, as well as on a pay per visit basis for non-members.
Swimming is a great way to exercise, it works your whole body with a lower impact than some other forms of cardio.

Leanne Wright4 StarWent for the ladies only swim for the 1st time today. Was extremely busy and was luck to swim as only 30 places due to only 1 female lifeguard (ladies were not happy with an additional male to help increase numbers) you are unable to book inadvance so its a lucky dip to see the availability on a Sunday afternoon. £5 for adults and £2.50 for under 16s. Shame not more sessions available for female only swim especially now its the only local place to go swimming:(Sunday 13th March 2022
