Brilliant service from start to finish. From the moment we entered the shop we were given great customer service and good advice by Andrew, who has many years of experience in the trade. Andrew also came to measure up and within two days of his visit two carpet fitters came to lay the vinyl in the kitchen and bathroom. They were two very nice men who were also obviously very experienced in their work. I am so happy with the result. Thank you to you all for your excellent service. Much appreciated. My mum has also used Tufts a couple of times in the past and she was also highly satisfied. We will both used Tufts again in the future. 😊

Had my 3rd carpet fitted by tufts on Saturday.once again, 2 clean looking and very pleasant and professional guys did the fitting for me.had a stairs carpet by another company last year.wrong carpet for the area, wish I'd visited tufts sooner.before they went they gave me some good advice about types of carpets. ( the other place just wanted my money)give this little gem a chance when you next need a carpet. Ms Romantico.

Fantastic carpet fitted yesterday, Andrew is full off knowledge and explained all different carpet types to us in the showroom, very helpful and i didn't feel like they was just after my money. Will deffinalty be back again soon. Thankyou 👍
