peter ralph5 StarFollowing a serious cycle accident resulting in a damaged shoulder with restricted movement and being very painful I was advised to under go a course of Physiotherapy. Top to Toe quickly identified a range of strengthening exercises for me to undertake and massage treatments with great results as I am now pain free and have all the movement I need to fulfill my daily life.Thursday 15th December 2022
