We replaced our 40-year old timber windows 11 months ago and we are very pleased with them. They look great, open & close smoothly, and keep out the noise. They were installed expertly. By comparison, our other windows & patio doors (purchased from a different company by previous owners about 4 years ago) look superficially the same but are much poorer quality: the wood frames are drafty, much rougher, the finish poor, caulking done amateurishly & they don't seal out the noise as well. We love our new windows more and more as time goes on.

We purchased a new front door from timber windows; the wooden door is beautiful and the installation was amazing, being in the building trade myself this business certainly goes to the extreme to satisfied customers. I would highly recommend the product. Follow up comment: we had an issue with the door... they came straight out and fixed it... no hassle, a great business, with fantastic aftercare service.
