Carpet 1st Midhurst1 StarPhoned with an enquiry and stressed how important I got some information. Asked to email and promised that I would receive an email response by the end of the day. Nothing. Sent a follow up email the folllowing day. Wtiting this 3 days later and haven't heard a thing. Poor customer service skills if they can't even reply back to say they can't help. Sarah Piper1 StarWe are absolutely devastated by the terrible fit we had on Friday. We paid to have the carpet laid in one piece and then the fitter advised that he would need to cut a piece after he already removed our old carpet.
