Fantastic one night stay. Very well-appointed, comfortable room with no less than 13 plug sockets - spoilt for choice! Staff very friendly and dinner was excellent. Great beer selection always a bonus…

Excellent customer service. I had booked a room through Booking.com but I could not make the check-in time. They accepted to refund me despite they had no obligation to do so. I hope to actually visit the place next time.

Currently sat in the restaurant area listening to a staff member speaking loudly about green vomit and “f*****g cool shoes”. The food so far is pleasant enough but I can’t believe they allow their staff to speak so loudly and swear quite so much. The place is full of students which would be ok if I wasn’t of the suspicion that the business is aiming a bit higher. I wouldn’t come here to eat again but it’s ok as a boozer I guess. Just which I had known that before ordering food. Actually I’ve just complained about the swearing member of staff but he’s come back and is still potty mouthed. It’s particularly irksome now because an older couple have just had their starters and the chap is wincing at the foul language. Oh dear, that’s quite sad. The waiting staff are brilliant - really attentive. Except one has just brought wine to a table but it’s not opened. 🤔 No, stuff this place.

Really nice pub for a relaxing drink and chat with my friends. Nice atmosphere with friendly customer service. Reasonably priced. Pub does food. Small car park and disabled access. Covid-19 restrictions are in place. Toilets are available and on ground floor. Recommend this place to visit
