I’m so happy we found Sam and The Spaniel Hotel. I agree with all these reviewers – Sam is incredibly kind and knowledgeable and all the dogs in her care are having the best time. I recently booked my puppy in for a week, whilst I was travelling for work, and she had so much fun. I received lovely pup-dates and photos every day and it was a very reassuring to see what a great time she was having, in a safe and fun environment. My only concern was that she wouldn’t want to come home! I’m very happy to recommend The Spaniel Hotel to anyone looking for doggy day care or boarding. Thank you, Sam!

Honestly, can’t recommend the Spaniel Hotel enough! Sam is absolutely incredible and really has a huge wealth of knowledge when it comes to our furry friends! Initially when I approached Sam, I was apprehensive as I have a fairly nervous dog who didn’t get on very well where he boarded previously. Instantly Sam reassured me and listened to all our dogs needs (yes, he is a very sensitive soul) and our dog felt right at home with no issues. She put a great plan in place to build up his confidence gradually, and now he runs in without even looking back! The Spaniel Hotel really is the perfect setup for boarding/doggy day care; Safe, clean, and fun for the dogs! Yes, someone could have a similar setup, but you can’t duplicate Sam – she is one of a kind!! Sam clearly loves our furry friends as much as we do, and it really shows! You also get lots of photo’s uploaded onto the private groups at the end of the day which is a very nice added touch! I have every confidence in Sam and really would never send my dog anywhere else! Please don’t ever give it up! 😊

What a wonderful place!!! Will be recommending to everyone I can! Sam is such a lovely and kind lady, I can really tell my pup will be looked after when he is here. She is so good with the dogs and has lots of advice and general tips etc. Lots of lovely photos and video updates of my pups time there. The space is so lovely and set up incredibly well, very clean and looked after. My pup is already booked to go back and I look forward to even more visits! If you’re thinking of doggy day care, this is the place!!

We absolutely love Sam at The Spaniel Hotel, Bertie absolutely loves his time there, and will try to pull to get in if we’re going past! We definitely couldn’t ask for anyone better to look after our boy, Sam treats him as though he is her own and part of the family ❤️

The Spaniel Hotel is a lovely, clean and safe environment to leave your dog. Sam is a lovely person and genuinely cares about all dogs. Our Labrador puppy Bertie has been going there regularly and he loves it. As a bonus he always comes back home completely tired out! I would 100% recommend this place for your dog.
