Denise Innes2 StarUsed to love going into this shop but since they changed it it’s gone downhill. Still good selection of goods but so many items have no price, either on shelf or on item itself. Same in garden centre - so many plants unpriced, half dead plants. Pity they had to change it.Saturday 4th June 2022

Eils Shire1 StarWhat has happened to this lovely store?!!! Firstly, why on earth do staff sit at the entrance smoking, swearing and banging on the windows to other members of staff still working whilst they on their breaks? Is there no staffing area? Terrible first impression to the shop. Not only is this not pleasant to hear and see but the whole front of the store smells of smoke! It unfortunately just got worse inside. The whole store is FILTHY! Staff attitudes and appearance were very haphazard with what appeared a very cavalier attitude to their jobs and roles within the store based on their loud, inappropriate conversations and appearance. Uniforms on some members of staff were only half on and were dirty. The customer toilet had no soap, no toilet tissue and the toilet seat was soiled. After this I left without buying things I had intended as I was so put off. Away home for a shower after this experience. Won't be back any time soon and would hope that things improve as it used to be such a nice store to visit.Tuesday 3rd May 2022

Lynn Simpson5 StarThe staff were extremely helpful to me yesterday and today. I was wanting to purchase a garden storage unit but didn't have any transport so they put it aside for me. Went back today to pick it up and they helped me again. I wish I had asked their names so I could mention them personally.
