This guys are amazing, really pleased to have them looking after us at work, pur toilets are always clean! Which is something we havent been able to see for ages! Don't use these guys. They have taken my money and done half a job. One man shows up with his little rucksack with a few items in it. No hoover, no carpet cleaner, no team of people. Absolutely rubbish job. Blocked my husband, blanking our calls and not responding to my messages.

Disgraceful treatment , as per my wifes comments not to be trusted. @Pure team, You didn't even confirm the second appointment at the point i decided to move it. I have all the email and WhatsApp messages to hand. Your point regarding the builder making those derogatory remarks, at no point were these mentioned to us. I sent a message to confirm you were coming on the 14th July and you said yes. After that I asked would you be bringing a hoover amd carpet cleaner and then you blocked me. As i said i have all the email and and WhatsApp messages.
