A mummy MOT with Victoria is worth every penny! I had my initial assessment at just 7 weeks postpartum. Victoria instantly put me at ease and took the time to understand (and help me make sense of!) my birth and postpartum experience. She is empathetic, professional, and knowledgeable: it is clear that she is extremely passionate about what she does. Victoria highlighted issues that I was unaware of, addressed my symptoms, and supported me to reach my health and fitness goals in a safe way. I feel sure that without Victoria’s guidance, I would not have been able to return to my usual exercise regime without causing long-term problems. For me, this is a postpartum essential!

I love post natal pilates. Victoria is an amazing instructor and very helpful when the babies cry! It felt great to do the exercises, which became progressively harder as the weeks went on. I started the course 8 weeks post partom and it was amazing to start being active again whilst helping my body to heal, repair and become stronger in the safest way possible. I feel like this course is a vital stepping stone in any new mum's journey towards or back to other forms of exercise and training.

Victoria is an excellent, very knowledgeable and welcoming teacher. Each class is carefully prepared and easy to follow with an increasing level of challenge each week which is perfect for after giving birth and not having exercised for some time. I feel stronger and more myself after each class. Highly recommend for all new mums. Victoria is a delight.

AMAZING…every mum needs a mummy MOT with Victoria! You are welcomed and immediately put at ease with Victoria’s warmth and kindness. She begins by taking a very thorough history from pregnancy through to birth and motherhood but it just feels like a nice chat with an old friend. You will then have a full assessment and examination including pelvic floor if you wish, before Victoria then puts together an exercise plan for you, which you are also sent later to follow online. Victoria is so passionate about what she does and providing support for women postnatally and it really shows, her approach is totally holistic and the whole 1 hour 15 is ‘your’ time, you will leave feeling like a new person. Plus you get a lovely good bag 🥰 Worth every penny, thank you Victoria x

I went to see Victoria for the Mummy MOT assessment at the Barefoot Clinic in Exeter. I was 11 months postpartum and looking for reassurance after giving birth. After having a very brief and disappointing experience of the 6 week GP check over the phone with my Dr, I was blown away by the care and knowledge shared by Victoria. The appointment was 75 minutes and in that time Victoria listened to my birth story, my concerns, offered me a full assessment including an internal examination which was optional. Victoria checked for diastasis recti, assessed my pelvic floor and my breathing. We continued the assessment in the studio where she then went on to look at me squat, lunge etc. Victoria is truly a wonderful person, who is incredibly easy to speak to and makes you feel at ease. The aftercare and support was excellent. I was sent an app with a home exercise plan specific to me, information to read up and follow up emails to explain everything. I left the appointment feeling reassured with a plan and goal. Thank you Victoria! This service really should be available to all women and if you have ever had a baby recently, or it was years ago I would 100% recommend having the assessment x
