Had my first deep tissue massage and it was fantastic! Pat was great and managed to relieve pain I was experiencing due to knots in my back. Would definitely recommend - felt great afterword's! Will book again!

Pat and Rob have been brilliant in putting me back together this last year or so. From a knee injury I'd had for several years, to a newly developed rotator cuff injury, and most recently a very tight back which was on the verge of becoming an injury. The lads not only give a comprehensive list of follow up exercises and any advice you need, but they've also both got great chat and the session flies in. Highly recommend them both!

I went to the physio company with a lot of knee pain, which was unbearable, after a few physiotherapy and rehab exercises. I feel very good without knee pain. Thank you so much for your help and I'll definitely come back if I need to. I also had a body massage which was great and I really recommend this place.
