His expertise and knowledge were evident throughout and he has provided us with really clear and balanced information on the state of it, the issues he found, cost estimates for each part and possible solutions too. Having just had the work completed, I can highly recommend the Norfolk Roofer. I was given a competitive quotation in writing before work started outlining in detail exactly what the job entailed. I was kept informed of time scales (very quick), the whole experience was excellent - a very professional job from start to finish.
The best thing from my point of view was that Stuart delivered exactly what he promised. The work was started and completed on time keeping me informed at all times. The end result is excellent and he made sure everything was cleaned up (including the gutters) and left tidy at the end. I received a full guarantee in writing on the day the job was finished.
