honestly, they did my nails amazing. It was tricky to understand them at times, but everything got done the way I wanted them. Always checked if what they have done was okay, they were £45 which was move then expected but they were done lovely. Hope they don’t snap off because from what I saw they were very well done. The gentleman who did my nails was very polite and had great amazing. Definitely recommend and I’ll be coming back as long as the nails don’t pop off.

I used to love this place but last time I went half way through my nails they changed the price from 25 to £30 which is no problem , my fingers came out hurt and bleeding and I got no sorry he just pointed it out to the guy who did it and he shrugged , he ended up taking over and did not listen to what I wanted kept pulling my arms , squeezing my fingers to hard and just pulling them in a certain position and I showed what design I wanted and he started to do the whole nail and got really rude and slammed my arm down when I showered them, bare in mind 10 mins before I showed them , very sure they were talking about me in their own language but this isn’t the first time my fingers have came out bleeding and when I pulled my arms back he just looks at he and pulled them closer and yet I replied “ sorry that just hurt”

Having visited the salon twice over the last 3 weeks, I have to say the standards have slipped. I have left both times with messy nails, wonky and bulging chunky acrylic which has never been an issue before. I already look as though I need an infill having left 2 hours ago and you are made to feel rushed and uncomfortable. The woman next to me didn’t get the colour SNS she asked for, and was made to feel so uncomfortable by the gentleman doing her nails even when she said before they started using the colour that it didn’t look right she was made to feel a nuisance and was told she was wrong. Poor customer service and no passion for creating beautiful nails. Also £28 for an infill seems extortionate.

I have visited there for my nails.. the work was fine .. not bad.. charged £40 for nails.. But they are not professional, when I’m asking for colours and design their response is not so proper and they keep on talking in their own language and laughing and staring at the customers, it does seems like making fun at customers.. not so professional at their behaviour I felt..
