Fast and transparent with prices, advises of all options for repair… and how effective the damage is on the cars driveability. HOWEVER… when I collected my car it had exterior paint damage on the drivers side wing to the metal. I was told that there was no way to prove it happened in his ownership. So now mechanically sound but cosmetically worse off.

I recently took my car to this garage to have a repair done to my touch screen, I use this garage for M.O.T’s and I have done for many years and I usually have no problems! In the space of 2 weeks my touch screen stopped working, I called them and told them the issue and I was told to bring my car back in and they will fix the problem. I arrived on the morning of my booking to be told that they can’t fix my screen because the person who fixed it the last time was sick. I spoke to a man called Badar who was extremely rude and defensive when I was explaining the issue with my car, I told him that if it’s something that can’t be fixed just be honest and say you can’t fix the problem and give me my money back and I will find another garage. They did not end up fixing the problem, it took them two months to finally agree to give me a refund! However they wanted to give me half of the refund for a job that wasn’t done! I finally got a £70 refund although I paid £75! Badar needs to learn customer service skills, he is a very rude individual and I will not be going back to this garage again!!!
