I have been going to the Hall road branch in Norwich for around 14 months , doing all hours of the day or night. With my busy lifestyle its essential that the gym is 24/7. Always found the gym to be clean , tidy and well maintained. Staff when asked have always been polite and helpful exactly what a gym beginner needs

Really great gym for all levels of fitness. It's clean, good facilities, loads of equipment, loads of classes and friendly staff who are all really approachable. I have training with Henry M a couple of times a week, really can't recommend him highly enough!

The gym, is a great Gym that has amazing staff who are there for anything you need. They offer all the support you need in different areas. The gym its self has has all the things you and and kept clean and tidy. The community in the Gym is friendly and supportive. Keep up the great work. 👍

Enrolled The Gym nearly 6 years ago and I am not planning to move to another gym. Not too busy, clean with s reasonable amount of free weight, enough cardio machines and in general good equipment, on top of it free parking and decent showers for a more than reasonable price. Could you ask for more? Sure, friendly staff happy to help. 100% recommended
