Keith Manning5 StarI've been seeing Nick for some weeks now due to my"bad" back. Throughout he explains clearly the problems I've experienced and a clear plan to put it right, all clearly and patiently demonstrated. And through some simple exercises my bad back is now all good and I'm back to my best. I went to Nick as he was highly recommended and I have no hesitation in passing that recommendation on.Thursday 5th May 2022
I was Here5 StarJust been to see Nick and he has really helped me to understand the cause of my back pain.
He has given me advice on how how to stop it recurring in the future. Going back next week for a follow up. Can highly recommend him.Friday 10th June 2022
susan fallon5 StarIt was well worth having treatment from Claire after my knee replacement and she provided me with the appropriate exercises for recovery.Monday 18th April 2022
Luke Bowen5 StarAfter experiencing a shoulder injury, I wanted to get back to gym as soon as possible. Nick took the time to fully understand how I did it, where the pain exactly was and did several different movements/exercises with my shoulder to see what triggered the pain. He gave me reassurance that there was no serious injury and gave me a couple of things to do to help the healing process. Just a few days later it is nearly back to normal.
Thank you Nick!Saturday 30th April 2022
Lesley Anderson5 StarNick has been very helpful in diagnosing an issue with my foot that has been painful for around 3 years. I have had Xrays, Scans, Physio, Chiro and nothing had helped and I didnt ever have a diagnosis. I found The Good Physio at a local wellness clinic and in desperation thought I would try a private physio. So glad I did, firstly he understood a quite rare genetic condition that I have (Malignant Hypothermia) and secondly he diagnosed the issue within the first 30 min session, and started with explanations and exercises to help (nothing to do with my foot!)
I had 4 appointments and by the end was around 50 % improved. 4 months later it is around 85% improved and I have a huge reduction in pain.
If you have had no joy in other avenues I would thoroughly recommend making an appointment with Nick. I will return in the future when needed and have recommended him to others.Wednesday 6th July 2022
