Ciaran Hall5 StarMyself and our touring band stayed here. The staff were super welcoming. The room spacious for all 4 of us. Facilities top notch. Plus a very affordableal and filling breakfast the next morning. Will definitely stay again next time we visit Sheffield. Thanks for looking after us! 10/10Saturday 18th February 2023

Jed115 Starthis place was better than i expected!! i was places here by the council for temporary emergency accommodation and honestly i wish i could stay here longer. the beds are super comfy and the staff are SO nice. favourite part was the hot chocolate milk 😉Sunday 2nd April 2023

This place have none of them.
Reception is situated into a pub so you have to ring the bell and wait untill someone open the door for you.
At ceck in, they ask for ID/passport and they take a picture of your document using their personal phone. Not sure what they do with it but seems very unprofessional for me.
Not sure about the rest of hotel but my room someone smoked before and no one open the window. Told that to the owner and he sayed it comes from next door.
Wifi password disposed on the door is wrong but even if they know about ot, no one change it or at least remove ot from the door.
No kettle, no glass in the room, no soap and shower gel like any other hotel or guest house.
The beds looks like a cat just gave birth to some kittens and no one changed the sheets. I find a lots of long hair wires all over my bed.
Shower was dirty and mouldy, so i decided to skip having a shover instead of risking to contact any disease.
Towel seems to be dirty aswell: pubian hair on it...
Overall, very dissapointing. I wouldn't stay there again not even for free.Wednesday 12th April 2023
