Sadly after ordering from this restaurant many times and being extremely happy with all previous orders. Today I ordered a large order and inside one of my meals was a screw (yes a SCREW) I asked to speak to the manager and after speaking with the manager I was advised that they did not understand how a screw made its way into the meal and that they have no reason for that being the case however this did 100% come from the restaurant and I was only offered an apology and a discount on future orders unfortunately that wasn’t resolution for me because I payed £40 for a order and was understandably disappointed after this because of the safety risks this could cause we decided not to eat the meal. This was through Ubereats and this is a sad review because of how happy we always was with this restaurant so to receive this order and the service of just future discounts without any refund just was a real shame truth is I wouldn’t order again based on this issue so that resolution would be pointless for me.

Went to The Curry Leaf for the first time yesterday and really enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. We were welcomed as soon as we went in . The staff were really polite and friendly. The onion bhaji starter was delicious, had a little wait for the main but when it arrived it was absolutely beautiful. Would 100% recommend them and will definitely be visiting again soon.

Would of gave 5** but order took 2 hours to arrive. The food was amazing the best Indian I've had in years. Definitely worth a try but I would order for collection or you might be waiting a very long time. 5* for food 1* waiting time
