Second time ordered from this establishment, but on this occasion both the potatoes used for the chips (stale) and the fish (no taste and probably from frozen) were not fresh. Small plastic containers for the curry and mushy peas too. Shame for those wanting a tasty fish and chip supper on 3rd September 2022. Needs improvement.

The worst fish and chips ever. Collected mid afternoon, but returned them later. Massive portion of chips but stale and unpalatable. Fish was OK, so I ate that very small portion, but not the batter, again an off taste. When I retuned the food, owner was having non of it, so unfortunately I have to write this. I see from reviews there are many good ones, a lot from Helen and Rebecca, which make me suspicious. Also the quality of the chips was so bad I find it hard to believe that this was a one off. I still have the bad taste in my mouth hours later.

Don’t be put off by the look of the shop, the food was amazing. Fish nice and crispy and not dripping in oil like quite a lot of them are. Travelled here because of the reviews on just eat and they weren’t wrong. Eat fish n chips around👍👍

Just been for our lunch to this little gem. Havent got a bad word to say, the potion sizes are huge for the money, the fish was to die for, battered and cooked to perfection and chips were really tasty, generous with scraps, free curry too! Absolutely amazing chippy and would recommend to anyone
