The Future Leaders Academy course has been really great. I was struggling to adapt from a technical position to a leadership position but these sessions have given me invaluable tools to help me in achieving far better results from my team and giving myself more time to focus on the bigger picture aspects of the business. I have taken away a lot from all of the sessions but the ones that particularly helped me were how and why delegation is critical, resolving conflict and coaching skills. I would highly recommend this course if you want to take that next career step and become a leader in your team/business.

I have been working with Kuldip on the Future Business Leaders course for the past year. The sessions have covered a wide range of topics, supporting many aspects of leadership that will enable me to get the best from my team. The monthly sessions were focused, engaging and covered the right amount in the allocated time. Kuldip ensured we were all engaged and actively a part of the sessions, which made them enjoyable and definitely aided learning! The Future Leader's Academy course has been an excellent way to absorb leadership skills and learn different leadership techniques and ways to move forward within your business. Kuldip has led each session proactively and has engaged with each of the cohort individually and over the past year.
