In response to your reply about me ordering the wrong labels. I have actually sent you two emails asking to return both as they are totally incorrect so get your information correct before you go writing a response. I did not order the wrong labels your website gave me the wrong information and now you want to keep my money. None of the labels I have purchased from you are any good so please provide RMAs for both orders. I will follow this up with a email so I have a paper work trail as you are totally untrustworthy as a company.

I would fully recommend The Barcode Business!..I was unsure as to which printers and labels would be suitable for our new testing lab that needed urgent set-up to cope with Covid. Our label volume is significant running into millions a month. I spoke with their printer expert Richard and his advice was fantastic, he certainly knows everything there is to know about the printers & labels. We purchased 17 printers, over 5 million labels for use in our testing labs, the suitable ribbons ( I didn't have a clue) and the software. We are now in discussions for a be-spoke software solution for our track and trace requirement. The service has been great, from the initial call through to the advice, pricing and delivery. Delivery for a box of 12 labels is £20. Phoned them to ask if this could be cheaper (we all know you can ship next day with P2G or the likes for less then £10) and the guy on the phone was incredibly rude. Order labels from ERS or the likes, they actually care about their customers. Free next day delivery on orders over £100 (spring deal i admit) and they discounted the labels to price match.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY they intentionally sell you the wrong labels then want to charge 25% restocking fee. Then the hide behind Business to Business distance selling rules to keep your money.

I needed a box of labels & ribbons delivered ASAP as an alternative supplier had let us down, the member of staff I spoke to (sorry didn't take your name down) couldn't do enough for me, the goods were delivered as promised and it actually turned out cheaper than my original supplier. I will now be moving all my label and ribbon needs to the Barcode Business!
