Purchased a nice Ford focus today. Just turned up un announced did a test drive that went well within about 90 min (bear in mind they had no idea we were turning up) off we drove in our nice new car. I'll do a follow up once we've had the car a week or two but i don't envisige any probs. Whole process was simple and straight forward no pushy sales no sneaky add-ons they certainly looked after us. Highly recommend. Thanks SZ Motorgroup. Update. Unfortunately the car has developed a fault. Red oil light has come on but plenty of oil in. So we've contacted SZ and they are now looking into the problem I'll let you know how we get on ,🤞. Further update first please note I don't in anyway blame sz because the car broken down these things happen. Anyway seems the problem might be the turbo I'm in regular contact and they are working with me to resolve the problem. Just waiting to hear if a courtesy car can be made available while we wait for repairs. Let you all know how it goes later Today 19july we picked up a courtesy car to use while we wait for repairs. Massive positive. Thankyou SZ. Look forward to posting final part😊 Final part. Unfortunately due slow part suppliers sz couldn't fix the car in a timely fashion so they offered us a refund which we've accepted with no fuss or hassle. Many thanks to SZ. Very professional would go back to buy a car if I needed to

We recently bought a car from here. Zak was helpful and honest when telling us about the car we were interested in. Everything he promised was dealt with before we took ownership,even going the extra mile for us when we requested a few items to be added to the car. We are extremely happy with the car we purchased, and have taken it on a longer journey where it proved to be as promised. We would recommend this garage and Zak. when they first opened i brought a corsa, The corsa was not fit to use the turbo was gone and the brakes was whistling. when i brought the car back was basically fob off and i also notice on my ‘ warranty’ the address was incorrect just a con this company is. DO NOT BUY OF THEM
