Stevie Thompson

With over 20 years’ experience in Recruitment and Training, Stevie opened Sure Recruitment in Glasgow in the summer of 2014, Sure Training in 2018 and opened Sure NI with Colin in Sept 2018.

Outside of work he’s a part-time taxi driver for his 3 kids and a keen football fan.

Colin Kernohan

Colin started with Sure NI in September 2018 and he is responsible for the service levels we offer right across Nothern Ireland. He has extensive operational management experience, having been involved in recruitment for many years and he is also an Operators CPC holder.

Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his daughter, his family and his german shepherd dog. He also loves watching football and playing golf (when time permits).

Janine Walker

Janine started with Sure NI in 2020 as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant in the Belfast office having previously worked in customer relations / sale and marketing roles within the FMCG sector.

Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her husband, her son and socialising with her friends and family.

Ruth Topping

Office Support Administrator

Ruth started with Sure NI in 2021 and she is the Office Support Administrator in the Belfast office. Ruth previously worked in customer service roles in utility companies.

Outside of work she likes to spend time with her family and look after her 3 dogs.

Caitlin O'Connor

Caitlin joining us in 2021 from an administrator background.

Day to day duties involve organising weekly timesheets, payroll admin and monitoring the working time compliance for the workers under the Road Transport (Working Time) Regulations.

Outside of work Caitlin enjoys socializing and spending time with her younger siblings.

Ian Collins

Business Development Manager

Ian joined the team in Belfast early 2022 as Business Development Manager.

With over 30 years’ experience representing leading commercial manufacturers and most importantly, real-life, in-the-trenches business experience, his view is radically different. The key to recruitment should not only be knowledge and education, but also changing the narrative and obtaining the best cultural fit for the client’s businesses.

Ian’s passions outside of work are his family and grandchildren, playing a bit of golf and as a former motorcycle racer still has a part to play in mentoring up and coming talent in the racing world.

Collette Drummond

Collette brings with her over 9 years of customer service experience and her own teaching skills to her role.

Having joined Sure Training in 2021 Collette has found a passion for the industry and the organisational development behind our courses.

Heather Lamont

Driver CPC Training Co-ordinator

Heather is the newest addition to our team at Sure Training, having joined in 2022 with a degree in International Business and Marketing she is excited to utilise these transferable skills to this new role.

With 6 years of experience within the hospitality and retail sector Heather is keen to bring her customer skills to the industry.

Outside of work Heather is an avid indoor gardener.
