Just to let you know. The battery belt and convertor arrived safely, yesterday.

Ryan's expression upon plugging it in and driving his camera said it all. The smile on his face was a delight to see.

Ryan is autisitic, and as a part of this he has difficulty with many things others, perhaps, would take for granted.

Ryan loves wildlife. One of his pleasures comes from his wish to film animals etc using "vintage" filming techniques. As, I am sure, you will appreciate, the practical challenge of doing so is, in part, affected by (a) the availability of suitable equipment, and (b) its condition and reliability of use.

Doing what you have done was not solely limited to attending to the functional replacement of battery packs, power supply unit etc, and, although relevant in terms of helping Ryan with his equipment, more importantly, you have contributed toward Ryan's wellbeing and contentment and, more significantly, have helped him to turn a dream into reality. In so doing, you have added to the building up of his confidence and self-belief.

I cannot thank both you and Jeremy enough for all you have done. Both Ryan and myself will always remain grateful to what you have done for him.

Needed to buy a replacement battery for my Nvidia Shield controller and was able to purchase one here. As it was international shipping, they confirmed with me the total cost before processing which was very helpful. There were some issues with my mails getting through to them but that was more to do with my email client. They were very patient and in the end all was sorted and my controller has a new lease of life. Would recommend these guys.
