I put diesel in my petrol car at the garage right next door to the showroom, i did not start the car, I went round to the showroom and explained to James Sales manager what I had he done, he quickly sorted the recovery of my car and got it round to the garage quickly. Sarah in service sorted the removal of the fuel and flushing of the tank and fuel pipes, they did this even though they were busy, they went above & beyond im really grateful to them and their team for ghe swift action taken, car is running fine thanks to them, excellent customer service.

Our family has just bought our third new Toyota from Louise Taylor and as usual we enjoyed an excellent experience. My wife and I were browsing for a new vehicle last week, we have visited an array of dealerships. Our experience here was unlike any other. Upon entered the dealership, we were not greeted by anyone so we took it upon ourselves to browse the cars inside. A salesperson started to shadow is with no introduction. Like a river sizing up its prey. We felt quite uncomfortable as they had plenty of opportunities to say hello, but they didn’t. They continued to follow us from a short distance until I turned around and said hello. A strange way to go about business. It is much more preferential when you are greeted and salespersons give you the offer of their help and the option to browse solo, but knowing their name is a great comfort when you are ready to talk about the vehicle you want.
