About Us

Stoke on Trent and Newcastle Under Lyme are in the country's middle. It’s central to many driving experiences, from the A50 and A500 dual carriageways to the busy city centre of Hanley, Longton, Tunstall and Burslem. It also has many great areas to learn and practice the basic skills in small residential areas such as Parkhall, Meir Park and Clayton. Then really testing yourself with the many busy roundabouts across the A500, such as Basford and the smaller fast-moving roundabouts of Smallthorne.

Automatic or Manual Driving Lessons

We cover Stoke on Trent, Newcastle, Crewe, and many surrounding areas. We offer automatic driving lessons as well as manual driving lessons with male and female driving instructors. We are very familiar with all local areas, so you will be able to progress with you’re learning. Once you’ve passed Stoke on Trent, you will be prepared to drive confidently anywhere in the country.

Driving Test Centres

Stoke-on-Trent has two driving test centres. One is based in Newcastle-under-Lyme and the other in Cobridge, with each test centre covering slightly different areas. From Newcastle-under-Lyme, you may find yourself driving through Keele, Audley, Knutton, Wolstanton, Bradwell, Silverdale, Blurton and Trent Vale. From Cobridge, you may be learning to drive through Hanley, Burslem, Tunstall, Kidsgrove and Maybank. Crewe and Stafford have only one driving centre each.

Driving on a Motorway

These days you do not have to have passed your driving test to drive on the motorway. You do, however, need to be with a qualified driving instructor in a dual controlled car. This will help build your confidence and make motorway driving more of a norm. We all know family or friends who will never go on a motorway.

Electric Tuition Vehicles

Many of our cars are electric vehicles meaning you are not wasting fuel and adding to climate when you are learning, we have the most electric cars in the Stoke-on-Trent area.

Resource Centre 

We also offer a free resource centre that can help you with your theory and help you recap your basic skills either before or after your driving lesson.
