Horrible staff
Bought drink without cream, carelessly they made one with cream even though it wasn’t busy. Staff’s body language and way of handling is very rude as if you’re getting them for free.
2 got hazelnut drinks, they didn’t put no pumps
when I went saying I can’t taste no flavour the black guy w little beard from team replied “yeah so? You know that it tastes like that right?” as if I’m having it for the first time.
