Alright. Got My Frapacino As I Asked. It was a bit different what I’m used to though. Other customers had vile manners and were very rude. Service was a bit slow considering the amount of people. Got pushed in TWICE. Not On The Whole Impressed But I Got What I Asked And Kind Of Enjoyed It So Yeah.

Visited your store last night and enjoyed our usual Starbucks fix. Everyone seemed friendly enough. Now we usually like to take our furry friend with us when we go through the drive thru and on this occasion we just did that, he really looks forward to it. When we got to the window we asked for a puppachino as its one of his favourite treats but on this occasion the lady said no problem and then said to my wife you know its just cream in a cup, on hearing this my dogs face dropped, now I know what it is but titch felt his whole world just deflate in those few seconds, we had to try to lift his spirits all the way home and even at home after he had over heard what has been said. Even waking up this morning I was worried he was going have to seek councilling of some kind. On the other hand our drinks were of the usual standard and we were pleased

Great that this has opened on Festival Park. Great service but please get your card machine fixed, every time I've been recently there has been a problem and I know it isn't my card as it works everywhere else except here! You only take card and app payments so please get it sorted and you could have that extra ⭐
