Jackie Milsom1 StarHave used the Kingswood Bristol shop twice now and both times the manageress has been extremely rude and unhelpful,have spoken to others who have said exactly the same,needless to say I will not be using this shop again,recently bought a child's musical toy which after replacing the batteries doesn't work and a pair of ladies shorts which didn't fit and due to recently coming out of hospital was unable to try on in the shop (which I told the lady) felt so unwell I had to sit down in the shop, she rudely told me she was not exchanging them, such a shame.Monday 15th August 2016
