I’ve used Rhian and her team for several cleaning jobs including an end of tenancy clean and a carpet cleaning job. She has been excellent in all aspects. Prompt friendly service and at a competitive price. I would recommend Spotless Clean and Shine without hesitation. Five star service all round.

Rhian and her team are efficient and trustworthy. They did a fantastic job on my carpets, and they were pretty bad because of my toddler. I can thoroughly recommend Spotless Clean and Shine for a professional value for money job.

I booked the team for an end of tenancy clean and carpet clean. We were outside their usual area but they were happy to help. The pre-clean customer service was very good but unfortunately it fell apart with the clean. The cleaners were very late arriving - due to traffic but I had to phone to find out where they were. The cleaning was not up to standard with windowsills left undusted, the bathroom floor poorly cleaned and the carpets a mess, which I was told was normal after carpet cleaning. (It's never happened with a carpet clean before!). Ultimately I was charged for additional cleaning by my landlady and Spotless Clean and Shine refused to offer me any discount. Would not use again.
