Oh, what can I say! Brilliant. Had to pop in on the Sunday because I broke beyond repair my prescription glasses and was booked in for a eye test the following day, Monday. My eye test was done efficiently and professional and I was advised what glasses I would need, which suited me very well. Compared to other Optical Outlets, the price I paid for two pairs (BOGOF) was superb. I couldn't believe how cheap they were for prescription glasses. From start to finish, the whole experience was excellent, all staff were highly professional, were great company, a few laughs were had and I was made to feel very at ease by all. I cannot praise the staff enough, they are a credit not to just themselves but to Specsavers as well. I highly recommend that you visit the outlet and a bonus that you can pop into Sainsbury's and do your shopping, bargain! So back in to have my final fitting and check of my new glasses, all is good 👍. Had a good laugh with the staff and was sent on my way happy knowing that I have been treated with respect by decent friendly and efficient staff. I highly recommend Specsavers in Sainsbury's, can't find any faults with them and such great company. Thanks everyone.....

I am very satisfied. I had problems with my glasses and they were replaced which I am very pleased with them. I also chose another pair while I was there. They are great. I was treated very well, and everyone is cheerful and helpful. Thank you so much.

Always look after me, despite me being disabled. Friendly and very efficient staff and glasses come quickly. A pair including lenses for £15 is a bonus these days.

I was dealt with quickly and efficiently. The optician was easy to talk to. He answered my questions quickly and made me feel that he knew what he was talking about. The customer service lady was very helpful in helping me choose my glasses.

Hearing appointment - I was told I should come back with NHS letter otherwise how Specsavers will get paid. Twice I mentioned the RNID online report but He completely ignored that, saying all should be fine at Your age. You shouldn't waste anyone's time like that.
