I first used Sophie when she came into my workplace to support after treatments following a charity bike ride that myself and a few colleagues did. This was back in 2016. Since then I have also used her for pregnancy massages and all 3 of my children. Sophie not only has magic hands… and I mean MAGIC. But she also has a HUGE amount of knowledge to offer her clients additional support. Ranging from home exercises to products recommendations to support any reoccurring pains, she really is the gift that keeps on giving. I put my whole trust in her every time I receive a treatment, because I just know that it’s only a small matter of time before I feel better. Most of all, Sophie is very welcoming, she is considerate & puts her clients wants and needs before anything else, to make sure THEY get the best possible experience. Would I recommend Sophie? Truth is, I couldn’t imagine using anyone else!! She is fantastic! Thank you for easing my pains for the last 7 years… long may it continue!! X

I’ve used Sophie now for more years than I can remember. Both in clinic and mobile and they have always delivered the same results. She is excellent at what she does with a huge amount of knowledge around it. She can explain what she’s doing and why when you ask, explain why you have particular issues and more importantly she always manages to fix whatever I have had wrong with me. I’ve recently had acupuncture too and that again was great with excellent results. I would recommend her to anyone looking for massages.

I have availed myself of Sophie’s services a number of times over recent years and always found her to be none other than professional at all times. She is extremely well qualified and continually develops her skills and knowledge within her chosen career. For a young lady she has a wealth of experience and I can not recommend her highly enough. Sophie will treat you as the individual you are, read the room and either chat while she performs her “magic” or remain quiet while you relax.

I would highly recommend Sophie, she has magic hands and has so much knowledge, she is amazing! Being a personal trainer and highly active myself I have always wanted a regular sport therapist that I can see frequently to prevent and fix any injuries and I know I have finally found one! I have recently just had Achilles tendinitis and Sophie helped me recover through sports massage/acupuncture, reassured me and gave me the best advice to get myself back to 100% quickly and safely. Even when I have no injuries I book in regularly to prevent any small niggles to keep my body performing at its best. If you are looking for a sport therapist, Sophie is the one! She is so friendly, professional and makes you feel at ease straight away. I’m so happy I got recommended to go from one of my clients and finally I have a long term sport therapist to keep my body performing at it’s best! Thank you! X

Sophie is absolutely amazing at what she does, she is professional and extremely knowledgable. I’ve had numerous massage treatments and she makes my back pain disappear, she definitely has healing hands! I really can’t recommend Sophie highly enough.
