Been visiting for a while now. Initially worked with Lyndsey for back and shoulder pain . She managed to completely halt all shoulder pain which after years of suffering was nothing short of incredible. My back still gives me aggro due being an old git and having a physical job so i frequently return for physio, that said things are very much improving since my first visit. I've since worked with Shamms and Becca who are also both excellent. Between them they offer different services and methods which have helped me immensely. Everyone here is friendly, knowledgeable and highly professional. There is never any hard sell and you don't feel like anything suggested is for anyone's benefit but your own. I would recommend 100%, book with total confidence.

Fantastic sports massage after hiking and cycling recently. Kay was highly knowledgable and was easy to talk to. Kay managed to remove a knot in my back and provide advise on preventing it in the future as well. I would recommend these services to all.
