Simply Eco have recently supplied and fitted our new Worcester Bosch Boiler, along with fan extractors, loft insulation and window trickle vents, through the government grant scheme. From our first point of contact to the day of completion, this company gave complete satisfaction to all services that were offered. Stacey, our contact at Simply Eco, was polite, informative and very helpful from day one. She was and still is available to answer all our queries and help/advise when needed. All of the work teams we're professional, polite and respectful to us and completed their job's to a high standard, whilst respecting our property and creating very little mess and disruption. After the work was completed, all the paperwork was signed and Simply Eco took care of the registration with Worcester Bosch and we received the necessary certificates via email. I would like to give special thanks to Stacey and all involved with the initial process, help during the process and for the exceptional aftercare. Also special thanks to Robert and his team for the insulation and windows, Mo for installing the boiler and Fiaz and colleague for the extractor fans. I can definitely highly recommend Simply Eco for their excellent service.

I recently had my Boiler and insulation and full house insulation carried out by Simply Eco under the government Eco 4 grant scheme. From start to finish the whole process was seamless. From calling up to get information about the scheme to the final sign off we never had any problems. All paperwork was taken care off at there end and I have never had to call once to find out what was going on The Guys and Girls from this company were very friendly and always gave us all the information we required. The installation teams were punctual, professional and cleaned up at the end of the day in fact as a courtesy to me they always sent me a txt to let me know they were on route . If anybody is worried about disruption and mess etc caused by this type of work we never found it. Its been a couple of months now since they carried out the work and everything is working just fine we have a great boiler and heating system that we can control from an app and are looking forward to a very warm winter in this house. Thanks Simply Eco five stars from me.

We had our boiler replaced by simplyeco after the British gas condemned our old boiler . From first applying with simplyeco to having the boiler fitted was a turn around of about a month. Excellent service by all the staff. Then Salah the gas engineer who fitted the boiler, well what can I say, or where do I start . Total gentleman lovely man, so polite and caring, nothing was any trouble and an amazing worker never stopped all day, total respect to you Salah thank you for everything, truly appreciate everything you done for us. Superb service from these guys, rapid turnaround time from the initial conversation to installation, really cannot fault the service they provided. We were initially looking for a new boiler to replace ours as our old Glowworm boiler was starting to show its age. We have had a few issues with the diverter valve sticking and after the 4th time in the 6 years we have been in our house we decided enough was enough and to start looking to get it replaced. We did our research and found out we could qualify for a boiler grant under the current scheme so we decided to contact SimplyEco to see if they could offer anything, We were surprised at how quick the response was telling us we met the criteria, shortly after we had someone come out to survey our property and decide what was needed to bring our EPC rating up. Not long after the appointment we were given an install date for our new combi boiler The guys got here very first thing on the Monday morning and worked hard to get the majority of the installation work done. Tuesday they came back to finish plumbing it all in and getting it up and running and came back on the Wednesday to check for any leaks and to make sure it worked as it should. I was really surprised at how the install only took 3 days (I was expecting at least a week with the work involved) We had a Worcester Bosch combi boiler fitted and are really pleased with it. We had a few technical issues which Worcester Bosch aftercare resolved for us with ease Highly recommend these guys if you want a new boiler installed, very professional from start to finish.
