Thomas Moore1 StarTerrible customer service, turn up unannounced to fix the terrible work done previously, with poor stained carpet, regardless of the extortionate price we paid. When told that day was no good they insisted they come in and just have a quick look. Called back to book in and was told I wold get a call back and never did, I gave them 2 weeks to call me back with no reply so I called them and booked in for a date and time which would fit around my work pattern, turned up 3 hours late which then conflicted with the rest of my day. Avoid this company if you value your time and money!!!!!Wednesday 4th August 2021
