Very poor. The problem with this company is that they want you to do the building work. I did this for my mum's wardrobes. I did it with help from my own joiner. I asked the salesman who came out to revise my mum's order the next day; if the work we did was correct for the installation, and he said it was perfect. When the joiner employed by Sharps did the installation he left big gaps at the top of the cupboards, and you could see the frame. He said that this should have been removed when the building work was done. That is the problem, You pay lots of money but the service has no continuity. The Installer should do the building work, or at least inspect it before he does the job. The Installer also left a scuff off the artex, which needs repaired and painted. The Installer also left loads of material that I had to dispose of; this is poor planning, to pay £2200 for a small wardrobe, and throw in the dump loads of material. So, did the surveyor do his job properly? I also had to sweep up all the debris and mess he left behind. The cupboards look fine when standing back in the room, but they are not worth the money. They look cheap when opened. They are made from chip board and MDF. You can see the screws, and cheap hinges you get on basic furniture items, I would have expected real wood for that price. My advice would be to get your own joiner and buy the materials which are cheap and do it yourself.

£2.2k for that? I will make a point of NOT using this company. And your website seems to be down just now. That certainly doesn't instil confidence. just an observation.
