Drew Mercer5 StarStefan is an excellent physio, he really knows his stuff. I have suffered from sporadic back pain for years, as a result of a sporting injury. Stefan identified the specific issue immediately and after only three visits my back feels so much better. He also suggested a couple of simple exercises to strengthen the area.
Not only did Stefan help to improve my back, he's also made me feel more positive about managing any possible issues in the future.
In addition to his knowledge and experience, Stefan is also a really nice bloke, and puts you at ease straight away. If you need a physio, don't look anywhere else. He was recommended to me, and I too will be recommending him to everyone from now on.Saturday 9th April 2022
Kelsey Abbott5 StarFabulous care from Stefan following my car accident. He really knew what he was talking about and worked with me to achieve what i needed. He gave me useful advice on what i could do at home to improve my recovery, and although painful at the time, it really did help.
He was very flexible and was more than willing to change appointment times when i needed to rearrange.
He’s friendly, professional and really listens to what his patients want/need. I would recommend him to anyone.

He’s been invaluable in helping my wife with her pain, including different friends eliminate their pain.
My own sciatica has been so painful throughout the day, UNTIL I met Steff.
Each of my visits to Steff reduced my pain.

I came to Stefan after a long journey of pain and restricted movement in my neck due to an accident
21 months previous, since July 21 he worked so hard to relax and unknot my tense muscles and create movement in my neck again.
Now I no longer need the intense treatment and I’m happy to just continue with a monthly maintenance session.
