The gentleman that came to our property today to clean our caravan carpets was brilliant, very polite, professional and did an absolutely brilliant job. I’m going to book in for our lounge carpets and sofas to be cleaned now.

I have a 4 seater settee and 1 chair,on the care label it recommends Service Master to clean them. When I phoned they didn't ask what material it was made from. Booked an appointment and the guy who came checked the care label and immediately said because its part Viscose it would have to be 'dry' cleaned. It took him 50 minutes and it cost £180.00. If they had told me when I phoned that it is difficult to clean I may not have had it done by them.The guy who did it was a very nice young man and I am not blaming him,he can only work with what he's got. I feel I've wasted £180.00. I'll add photos of before and after and let you see if you can tell the difference.

Updated 25/05 following response: Am still awaiting for a satisfactory response from Customer Relations. Zero compensation offered. Company have not followed their 6 step guarantee process in that they did not take before photos. They have called me a liar by stating 'it's your word against ours'. The person who ruined my carpet knows full well he ruined it. I actually told him that area didn't need cleaning. They should be proving they didn't do this, not the other way round. I can prove I have not had a leaking radiator (their area manager already saw for himself the underlay near the radiators with zero evidence of a leak). The carpet near the bed was spotless which the area manager refused to accept and kept saying 'your word against ours'. I heard him scrubbing the carpet even after I'd told him it was 100% wool. Bad reviews and poor responses are not good for a customer service business! Peterborough branch, not Leicester. I arranged for a carpet clean of a specific area of my bedroom carpet (beautiful 100% cream wool). The operative took it upon himself to clean all the carpet and not just the area needing it and left it with weird stripes. I assumed they would hoover out but they didnt. I asked for a return visit and this time the carpet was scrubbed so hard the pile was ruined and it was left stained. They are now refusing to reimburse for my ruined carpet as they seem to think the radiator had had a major leak (2 of the valves are wet but there's no damage on the carpet so clearly haven't dripped onto the carpet - the major damage to the carpet is nowhere near the radiators). I am left with a ruined carpet and being told the operative is insisting the radiators had leaked. I have photos to prove the damage but the person who cleaned the carpet is refusing to take responsibility for ruining it. When he left after the second visit it was worse. My beautiful carpet is ruined. If you choose to use these people, take many before and after photos as they will do anything possible to avoid paying a claim if they ruin your carpet. The area manager has been around and is accusing me of lying by telling me 'I've clearly had a leak'. He couldn't explain the damage near the bed, told me it was probably dirty before (it wasn't) - breaking news, if it was dirty then you should have got it clean. Arrogant man who clearly had no intention of agreeing they are culpable. IF YOU LIVE IN PETERBOROUGH DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

We had Andrew come round and clean all our sofa, carpets , dining room sofa and hallway stairs. I have to say the difference is incredible and the price was unbelievably competitive. Will 100% have these guys again. Andrew was very informative and very thorough.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Jennie incredibly efficient and responsive and Kyle did an amazing job restoring the two floors to better than new. Competitive price and faultless service.
