We were able to view products in the showroom and view on screen to help visualise the bathroom(s). This was great on a way of helping us understand the space we had to work with. Michelle Kergan3 StarHad my bathroom done with SC Designs job started on the 18th oct 2021 finished on the 21st oct and I now have just had jobs finished last week, had lots of small issues and my bathroom is not what I was told it would be ? And got the toilet lid fixed and now I don’t have the soft close function anymore ? Had to get smaller sink because of the way they put my bathroom and told I was not entitled to a refund as they had to source a smaller sink from Elsewhere.When I spoke to one of the management on the phone I said I would like if one of them would come and look at my bathroom it seemed to fall on deaf ears. I just feel now they have my money and they don’t seem bothered.Monday 17th January 2022
