kevin ryan5 StarIt is not remarkable to receive good service in Norwich; but like the weather, good service can't always be relied upon.
Staff have their own problems and some customers can be primed by societal narcissism to be nasty to everybody, except perhaps themselves.
In Ryman's however, it always seems to be lilac time. The staff are consistently pleasant and helpful. So much so that 5 minutes choosing a pen, is as therapeutic as 30 minutes on a chaise lounge, telling a sleeping psychiatrist about the trauma of losing your first bunny rabbit.
If you enjoy the "League of Gentlemen" then you should channel your inner Pauline and pop in for a pen. You and your Mickey will be glad that you did.

Steven Gislam1 StarAbsolutely shocking company to deal with. I ordered a filing cabinet at the cost of £110. It turned up damaged. As in it was completely dented along the top.
They promised to exchange it but first they had to collect the old one. 4 weeks later and it still hasn't been collected. 4 attempted collections, but because they failed to send me the label it hasn't been collected. They've arranged a courier that doesn't need a label. Yet again another failed delivery.
Called up to tell them how much of a joke it is but yet, exactly the same response, we can't refund you until you've picked it up.
