David Waddell5 StarFirst time using RR gas services to repair my boiler. I can honestly say that the engineer Ryan who attended was punctual, professional and very knowledgeable about my boiler. He diagnosed the fault quickly, showing me what the issue was, he explained what work was required, went and got the part and returned within a couple of hours and fitted the part. The boiler is working perfectly, I now have heating and hot water again. I will definitely be using this company again and can't recommended them highly enough! Ryan was out at my house the following day and managed to repair the boiler. Excellent customer service and left the job clean and tidy. Can’t recommend enough!Wednesday 30th March 2022
